Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the terms and conditions relating to the use of the İhracatAI platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provided by BLACK REIN TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") at the address ihracatabasla.com.tr.

By using the Platform, registering an account, or utilizing our services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

In this agreement, the term "User" refers to any natural or legal person who registers on or uses the Platform.

İhracatAI is an AI-powered export platform. The Platform encompasses the following services:

Corporate identity and brand management tools.

AI-powered lead generation and matching services.

Export pricing and cost analysis tools.

Informational services for customs and logistics processes.

Market research and analysis reports.

Social media and digital marketing tools.

The Company reserves the right to expand or narrow the scope of services upon prior notification.

In order to benefit from the Platform services, you are required to create an account using a valid email address.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for the security of your account password and all activities carried out through your account.

You must immediately notify the Company upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account in the event of a suspected security breach.

You are required to comply with the following rules when using the Platform:

You shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.

You shall not engage in activities that may jeopardize the security of the Platform, damage its infrastructure, or prevent other users from accessing the services.

You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, extract source code, or analyze the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

Automated data scraping, use of bots, or unauthorized use of Platform APIs is prohibited.

You shall not use the Platform for the trade of illegal products or services.

You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the accounts of other users.

You are legally responsible for all content you share through the Platform.

The İhracatAI platform, its content, design, logos, software, algorithms, and all associated intellectual property rights belong to BLACK REIN TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. and are protected under Turkish Intellectual Property Law.

You retain the rights to the content you create on the Platform (company information, product descriptions, etc.). However, you grant the Company a limited license to use such content for the purpose of service delivery.

Intellectual property rights to AI-generated reports, analyses, and recommendations belong to the Company. Users have the right to use these outputs in their own commercial activities but may not commercially distribute or sell them.

Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

The Platform offers subscription plans with varying features. Current plan details and pricing are displayed on the Platform.

Subscription fees are determined based on the selected plan and payment period. Monthly and annual payment options are available.

Payments are processed via a secure payment infrastructure using credit or debit cards.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the selected payment period unless cancelled.

Refund Policy: For annual subscriptions, you have an unconditional right of refund within the first 14 days. For monthly subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days from the start of the period. Refund requests should be directed to info@ihracatabasla.com.tr.

The Company is obligated to provide at least 30 days prior notice of any price changes.

AI-powered analyses, reports, and recommendations provided by the İhracatAI platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional consultancy services.

AI-generated outputs (market analyses, pricing recommendations, customer matching, customs information, etc.) do not carry a guarantee of absolute accuracy. The Company cannot be held liable for any damages arising from decisions made based on such outputs.

It is recommended that you obtain confirmation from official authorities and professional advisors for your export transactions.

The Platform may be subject to interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance activities, or force majeure events. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from such interruptions.

The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or remove the features, functionalities, and scope of the Platform upon prior notification.

Significant changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via email or through the Platform.

The User shall have the right to cancel their subscription if they do not accept the changes.

Features offered free of charge may be made paid or removed without prior notice.

The User may close their account at any time through the Platform or by submitting a written request to info@ihracatabasla.com.tr.

Upon account closure, service will continue to be provided until the end of the active subscription period. The subscription will not be renewed at the end of the period.

The Company may suspend or close a user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Violation of the Terms of Service.

Engagement in illegal activities.

Conduct that jeopardizes the security of the Platform.

Failure to fulfill payment obligations for more than 30 days.

User data will be deleted after the expiration of legally mandated retention periods following account closure.

These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul Anatolia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms.

The parties undertake to seek resolution through mutual negotiation in the first instance in the event of a dispute.
